Questions about a recipe? Found a typo? Want to work together? We read every message and reply to every one.

Email us

The fastest way to reach us is by email at:

hey@cuisinety.com

We aim to reply to all messages within 2 business days. If your question is about a specific recipe, it helps to include the recipe name (or the page link) so we can answer accurately.

What you can contact us about

  • Recipe questions — substitutions, troubleshooting, scaling, or anything that went sideways in the kitchen.
  • Corrections — if you spot an error in an ingredient list or instruction, tell us. We fix verified errors quickly and thank you for it.
  • Feedback — what you would like to see more (or less) of. Reader requests genuinely shape the recipe calendar.
  • Work with us — sponsored posts, guest features, product testing, or media inquiries. We only partner with brands that fit the site, and paid collaborations are always clearly disclosed.
  • Privacy requests — data access, correction, or deletion requests under GDPR/CCPA (see ourPrivacy Policy).

Contact FAQ

Questions, corrections, or just want to tell us how a recipe turned out? We'd genuinely like to hear it. Write to hey@cuisinety.com and a real member of the editorial team will read your message — we typically reply within 2–3 business days. Recipe questions are always welcome, from substitutions to salvage jobs on a dish that went sideways. Spotted a mistake? We fix errors and note the correction on the recipe itself. Partnership and affiliate pitches are considered too, though we only work with products we'd recommend anyway, and labeled content is always labeled.

How do I get in touch with the Cuisinety team?

Email is the fastest way to reach us: hey@cuisinety.com. We read every message ourselves — no ticketing system, no bots. Whether it's a question about a recipe, a correction, or a story you want to share, it lands directly with the editorial team.

How long does it take to get a reply?

We typically respond within 2–3 business days. Recipes questions sent right after a new post goes live sometimes take a little longer, because those days are busy with testing and publishing — but nothing gets ignored. If your message needs a longer answer, we'll say so in our first reply.

Can I ask questions about a recipe?

Please do — recipe questions are our favorite kind of mail. Substitutions, timing, equipment, what went wrong: ask away. It also helps to mention which recipe you're cooking and where you got stuck, so we can give you a specific answer instead of a generic one.

What happens when I report a mistake in a recipe?

We fix it. If you spot an error — a wrong quantity, an unclear step, a typo that changes the meaning — tell us and we'll correct the recipe and add a note that it was updated. A cooking site that won't admit mistakes isn't worth trusting with your dinner, so corrections are part of the job, not an embarrassment.

Do you accept partnerships, sponsorships, or affiliate pitches?

We consider a small number of partnerships, but we're selective: a product or brand has to be something we'd genuinely recommend to a friend, and any sponsored or affiliate content is always clearly labeled. If you're pitching, send details to hey@cuisinety.com — and expect an honest no if it's not a fit.

A quick note before you write

The most common question we get: “Can I substitute X?” Check the FAQ section on the recipe page first — most ingredient swaps are answered there. If not, we love the challenge.
