Last updated: January 2, 2026

Welcome to Cuisinety. By accessing or using https://cuisinety.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms occasionally; the current version will always be posted here.

1. The content we publish

All recipes, photographs, illustrations, and text on Cuisinety are original content created for this Site, unless otherwise credited. The Site, its design, and its content are the property of Cuisinety and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2. What you may do

  • Cook, adapt, and enjoy any of our recipes for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Share links to our pages freely — we appreciate it.
  • Print recipes for your own kitchen use, including for personal meal planning.

3. What you may not do

  • Republish our full recipes, instructions, or photography on other websites, apps, or publications without written permission.
  • Use our content to train machine-learning models or for data mining without consent.
  • Sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit our content.
  • Present our content as your own or strip it of attribution.

Want to feature a recipe or photo? Just ask — emailhey@cuisinety.com and we are usually happy to say yes with a credit and a link.

4. Food safety and accuracy

We test the recipes we publish and write instructions carefully, but cooking involves real ingredients, real ovens, and real judgment. Results can vary. You are responsible for:

  • Checking that ingredients are safe for your own allergies, intolerances, and dietary needs;
  • Following safe food-handling practices (for example, cooking meat to safe internal temperatures);
  • Using your own equipment responsibly.

Nutritional values, timings, and serving counts provided on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed to be exact.

5. Affiliate links and advertising

The Site contains affiliate links, primarily to Amazon.com. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes the price you pay, and we only recommend products we would (and often do) use ourselves. See ourAffiliate Disclosure for full details.

6. Third-party websites

Links to external sites (including Amazon) are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, prices, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites.

7. No professional advice

Content on Cuisinety is for general informational and entertainment purposes. It is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals. If you have health conditions or dietary concerns, talk to your doctor or dietitian before changing your diet.

8. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuisinety is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including but not limited to cooking mishaps, kitchen equipment damage, or food-related outcomes.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, attempts to breach security, scrapes content abusively, or interferes with other visitors’ experience.
